Very friendly and very helpful
My process of buying the car went fast and smooth. I found the car on trade me and for me was important to show it to my wife. We visited car yard just for quick review during the working week and guys provide us excellent assistance. I returned to the yard on Saturday prepared and checked the car and took a ride. Nobody pushed me for making decision and once it was done Louise arranged all required papers, plate numbers and insurance. She answered all my questions and still clarifying some nuances for me via email, even after I bought the car. Clever guys and nice service

Honestly, I found the sales person ok and helpful but no knowledge cars, for example the car has a stop and start which is doesn't work all the time and also the stop and start system didn't show on the window advertising chart, front right tyres I requested to be looked at because it was flat, they just put air inside and found out 3 days after it flat again, so I haven't been offered a good service.
rear taillights were leaking/condensation but the worker helped get it fixed asap, although on the day of purchase it still had the same issue, he booked a day to get it fixed for us and no issues since.
The salesman was very confident in the vehicle and finance lady really convinced me to take the mechanical insurance. Seamless experience.

We were disappointed with our experience at the Greenlane branch. The person who identified himself as the manager appeared distracted and inattentive. He spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with others, leaving us waiting without proper communication. Despite being assured that the car would be fully prepared and ready for pickup, it was not. We had to stand around and wait unnecessarily. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive, and we did not feel valued as customers.

As I walked in the cars are presented in a suitable manner in the yard. As I began to enter the store I was greeted by a worker who was knowledgeable about the car I was after. He then directed me to go see Louise who was very helpful with the whole process. She was patient and it felt like there was no pressure involved. She was also prompt and followed up quickly with the required documentation. I also asked many questions in which she was able to help answer and eventually lead to me purchasing a car.
