Amazing customer service
Great team to deal with. Was on the road in my new car after a couple of hours.
I felt the sales man lack knowledge of the product.

The radio in the car was Japanese and the guy offered to connect my bluetooth - this was really nice extra.

Very pleasant and helpful experience from the staff at the Greenlane branch. One thing I have to bring out about the $100 which we paid for holding the car while the application for the finance is in progress. Once we have purchased the car, we expected to get the refund back but however we had to wait for two weeks. I think this area should be improved or at least the customer should be told that the refund will take a while.
