Where should I go to trade-in my car? +

Simply drive your car to any branch near you (12 branches nationwide), and our team can do a free trade-in appraisal, and offer a top-dollar trade-in value within a few minutes.

Can I trade-in my car if it’s still on finance? +

Of course you can, our sales and finance team will assist with this, and offer you the best possible options to trade-in your car without hassle.

Can I still trade-in my car if it is not drivable, or has serious mechanical issues? +

Yes, you can. Simply drive to one of our branches if your car is still roadworthy and drivable. Otherwise, as long as your car is not a hundred miles away from us, we can tow your trade-in vehicle from your nominated address.

I am interested in a car at one of your Auckland branches, but based in Wellington. What should I do if I want to trade-in my car? +

If you don’t want to spend too much time driving your car to Auckland, you can simply drop off your trade-in vehicle at our Wellington branch, and fly to Auckland to collect your new car. We also have shipping options if that best suits your requirements.

Can I trade-in my car which is much more expensive than the car I am interested in buying? I have a 2016 Honda Fit but I am looking to buy a cheaper 2008 Nissan March and get some cash back. +

If your car is obviously more valuable than the car you are intending to purchase, we would need to do a trade-in evaluation on your car before making a final decision.

Can I trade-in my motorcycle or jet-ski? +

As long as your motorcycle or jet-ski are registered, we will work with our wholesalers to help trade-in your special vehicle.
